I’ve placed my order end November and it took them a month to process and for them respond. I was then informed it will take another month or more for it to arrive - I’m disappointed by how long this takes so not going to order from them anymore/cancel all future subscriptions. (Also to cancel you have to call them in the U.S..)

Just Horrible.. I ordered the product on Nov 5th, i followed up several times. They always lie that order will be shipped in 24 hours. Neither have i received the product nor the refund. Big Scam.. Please avoid at all costs.

Ordered almost $200 in products on November 30th. Haven't received ANYTHING yet. I had to contact the company, which answered that on the week of December 10th they would be receiving more products. Today is December 22nd and NOTHING. Starting to believe this is a scam.

An absolute scam and joke of a company. I spent well over $100 on two products here. A week went by and I had still not received any information on shipping or the whereabouts of my order. I decided to call only to find out that my order was delayed, yet no one emailed to communicate this..I HAD to call to find this out. The man I spoke completely dismissed my frustration around the company's lack of follow up and communication. It has since been an additional week and I STILL have not received my products OR any type of email communication. Do NOT order from this company unless you like feeling like your money has been stolen from you.

I cannot even begin to express how much of a SCAM this company is. You would think after the amount of money they clearly pour into influencer marketing that they would sort out their customs charges for UK customs... but NO! When you speak to customer service they are nothing but unhelpful (see other reviews below) and dismissive, what happened to the customer comes first?!?! So severely disappointed as I really struggle with my hair and only wanted to try the product to boost my confidence. AVOID. Buy if you dare!

We are sorry you had a negative experience with our customer support team. At the time that you inquired, we were not charging any international fees upfront. We covered the shipping cost after a threshold, but we do not cover any customs fees. We have made some adjustments to our checkout. The fees upfront to have no additional cost when the product arrives. Unfortunately, custom fees are not anything we have control over.

It’s an absolute scam. Ordering for the UK you have to pay an import tax that they fail to mention anywhere. Plus took over 2 months to get to my local post office. I refused to pay it and am still waiting for a refund.
