Product takes months to create changes but is ok. Customer service socks, you actually have to call to cancel

Cancel subscription-only via phone? In 2021? Seriously? For people who live in different countries/time zone, this is absolutely unacceptable. Loved the products, but won't use them ever again.

This company will save your credit card and sign you up for a subscription without asking. You will not have an account you can manage online either. Super unethical business model. STAY AWAY!

Beware of their deceptive billing practices the small discount is not worth them charging you with no warning. Vegamour is breaking FTC rules by only allowing cancellations via phone. They also send no warning before they charge and ship your product. I probably would have continued to use the product had it not been for their deceptive billing. I’m using Nutrafol now instead.

I bought a couple of things from this company after seeing their ads on Instagram, thought I'd try it out. 4 weeks later, they notified me that there's an upcoming order to my way at midnight on Thursday 4th November, which I was completely unaware of any prescription that I'd signed up to. In this email, it stated that you have 5 days to change or cancel. But I was unable to log in my account. The website said there's no email address found so I immediately emailed their customer service. No response on the following day then on Sunday morning 4am, they've sent out the dispatch email and that's 3 days 4 hours since their first email, not 5 days. I then emailed them again about it as I was furious. They didn't email me back until today and I can see the payment has already been taken. I have asked for a refund and we shall see how long it takes them to respond. But it doesn't matter because either way, they have to refund me or get a charge back which would have cost them more. Vegamour conducts their business in such an unethical way and breaks the current GDPR completely. They save your personal information including your bank details without your permission and they use that information to lock you (at least try to) into a subscription. I am very surprise why they've not been sued or shut down. Because the way they run their business, it makes me want to stop using their product because once the trust is lost, it's lost on everything. Who knows what they even put in their products. Sadly, I'd spent £80 with them on my first order which I regret very much. But I hope you've read my experience and not to become their next victim.

This is a scam!!! They said there is no email associated when there obviously is and won't let you cancel your subscription. I wish I read all the other similar reviews. Its crazy how unethical they are.

Unethical company that makes it very hard to cancel your subscriptions. You can only cancel by calling them. They also don’t notify you of shipments until after the hours that their customer support is closed. Will never be buying from them again
