Not only does the product not work, when I emailed in April to cancel, they proceeded to charge me for an additional two months!! There shouldn’t be constant back and forth with the support team to cancel a subscription. Horrific customer service. Avoid!

Trying to cancel I wish I would have known, you cannot cancel your subscription online, you must call. The hold music is not enjoyable. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. The agent is polite enough. I'm assuming she's just doing her job, but she's tried to sell me other subscription products. I did have to tell the agent 3 times that I want to cancel. I was also offered the option to suspend my account up to 12 months. 16 minutes later, my subscription has been cancelled. I did receive an email confirmation that my account has been canceled. All of this could have been done online in less than 2-3 minutes vs 16 on the phone. This experience will make me think twice about ever renewing my subscription in the future.

Double check your account if you have asked to cancel via email! On 5/10/22, I emailed with Vegamour Customer Service to cancel my subscription as I had a lot of left over product. After many emails back and forth, the Customer Service representative confirmed in an email that the subscription was cancelled and that I would be receiving a separate email confirmation directly from Vegamour with an option to restart my subscription. On 5/11/22, after not receiving this second email and seeing that my subscription was still active in my account, I called to confirm my subscription was cancelled. The rep said that there was a "glitch" in the system preventing the prior rep from sending the confirmation email cancelling my subscription. Clearly the reps are instructed to tell customers that something is cancelled via email and not process the official cancellation, thinking that customers will not notice, blaming it on a "glitch." Vegamour sent the confirmation email and it is now reflected as cancelled in my account.

Scam, they charged but have no email confirmation or transaction history shown!

When you buy a product, they automatically add you on a monthly product subscription that they charge on your credit card, without consent. It is very terrible. It can not to cancel the product subscription via website! I need to contact my credit card company to try to block the supplier.

This company is trash. Their product does not work and should not (I spoke to my doctor about it). After requesting to cancel REPEATEDLY (which you cannot do online - you have to call or email) I still received product twice. The first time my credit card company dealt with it for me. The second time remains unresolved after three months. The second time Vegamour sent Citibank a very official legal looking booklet detailing their terms and conditions. Fortunately I had the emails requesting to cancel (I would not have record had i called them as they want you to do), so I may still get my money back. As of today however, I sent them their trash product that I didn't order back and have yet to receive a refund.

I have one subscription and I added another subscription for a different product using a promo they offered. To my dismay I’ve been charged 3 times and full price. When I reached out to customer service they took no responsibility and blamed me for their screw up, 2 different customer service people. I now have 3 orders coming that I’m stuck paying for. In addition you can’t cancel your subscriptions you have to contact their illustrious customer service. Scam company, fraudulent transactions and they don’t even apologize and try to make it up to the customer. Literally take no responsibility. I doubt they care as evidenced by their behavior but you’ve lost a great customer for life now. Ps. In an email they state they will be charging me to return their item that they sent out to me without my authorization. So not only do I have to pay full price for an item I didn’t buy but they have the audacity to charge me if I return it. SCAM!!!
