absolutely ridiculous process for canceling you subscription. My advice.. don't start one to begin with

Try using your rewards, not so much. Try navigating their website, not so much. Try speaking to custom service and end up talking to someone in India you can barely understand! Not a good experience AT ALL!

Trying to cancel a subscription is a nightmare. As others have experienced, I somehow was set up for a subscription, but when I tried to login to said account to cancel the subscription, I get a message saying there is no account associated with my email address. How is there a subscription with no active account? So I created an account and was able to view the subscription tied to my email address, but now there’s no way to cancel it myself on their website. What online retailer in 2022 doesn’t have an option for customers to cancel their subscription themselves?? So I email customer service asking to cancel; should be easy enough, right? Nope. I get a reply saying they normally only handle cancellations over the phone (again, it’s 2022!!) but they’ll do me a “favor” and will help me cancel by email. Then I have to go back and forth 2 more times to confirm that I want to cancel! The rep first asks why I want to cancel, which is really my business and I don’t owe an explanation. And again, they ask me to confirm after offering more deals to keep me on a subscription plan. At this point, just cancel the dang account! Honestly, I liked the product I was using (the brow growth serum), I would just prefer to purchase it when I need it instead of getting surprise orders when I’m not ready, but this experience with trying to cancel has turned me off of the company altogether. There are other serums that work just as well (Babe Lash) from companies that won’t be so difficult to work with. Save your time and money and stay away from Vegamour.

Это мошенники! Заказала на сайте vegamour 2 апреля наборчик из трех бутылочек с водичкой, которая, ничем она не помогает. Нужно быть внимательным когда делаешь заказ, если выбираешь " подписку" они автоматически снимают деньги с карты через каждые 90 дней, а чтобы отменить эту " подписку" нужно суметь им дозвониться, на сайте это сделать нельзя. В общем придётся блокировать карту.

To avoid at all cost. I felt scammed. The product dies not do anything. I had 6 bottle being puttjng it on my hair religiously for 4 month now. No results at all. Hair still falling no growth nothing. I have checkedif i have any internal issues but all seemed normal in the lab result. This product is definitely not worth the money and i do not recommend it at all.

Absolute scam - this does not work and they have just sent me another bottle when I did not order it . I am worried they will be charging me monthly . Please be careful .

I purchased one bottle of the serum and double checked that I did not agree to a subscription and that it was a one off only. I decided not to bother with another bottle as saw no difference in my hair. 6 months later and I am emailed from Vegamour saying 'thank you for your order!'. I hadn't placed another order and definitely don't have a subscription. This is a scam!

after purchasing the 3 month supply only...(i did not do the subscription) i did NOT see any difference on my hair growth at all. It does not work, at least not for me. To all those women that it worked for you, GREAT. But I ended up calling but no answer, i emailed them and i just got an automated reply but the next day they did call me back. The gentlemen did help me and he send me a pre shipping label and i am sending the last bottle that i have back today ASAP. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they credit my Paypal full refund minus the silly $5 return processing fee (i guess). I'm giving it a one star for not working but i'd like to give the customer service rep who did help me a 4 star.
