My cat was dying and they figured out what was wrong when a previous clinic had not. They got a specialist in to do an ultrasound that same night, when no other place I contacted could do so. My cat was given the right treatment and has fully recovered! I particularly appreciated the efficiency and kindness of all with whom I dealt during a long and stressful night, and the way the vet and other staff kept me informed.

I visited the Carle Place, NY office. I arrived with a messy dog who pooped and threw up in the car and the first thing they did was clean her up for me. Offered what services they felt were needed and the price. Never forced anything on me and discussed all options without judgment. My baby had to stay the night and the updates were timely and informative. I didnt know this place existed but will now NEVER forget. They were absolutely AWESOME :)

I go to the one in Midtown Miami. The staff is amazing and the facility is very nice. I feel so much safer knowing this place is nearby and open at all times. Always receive great care!

My dog ate a tennis ball while playing at a dog park. When I got to him, it was too late; and he already swallowed most of it. My Vet helped me to induce vomit, but not much came out. He advised me to go to the nearest VEG. Dr. Anna Taylor at the Falls Church, VA location was the one to take charge. She administered more vomit inducement. Seeing that not enough came out, she administered the delicate procedure to take out the tennis ball piece by piece from my dog's stomach. Bit by bit, she was able to get them all. She and her team saved me dog. Throughout the process, she and her team kept me updated, and gave me the emotional support that I needed at the time. Dr. Anna Taylor has my upmost respect and eternal gratitude. The staff was also friendly and professional. This is definitely an "A TEAM".

Hands down - The best! Love this place and you can be with your animal the entire time. I can't say enough about this place. My 1 yr old dog licked a bufo frog and they took great care of her, and they are quite affordable!

They seen my dog right away.They did all the test he needed and were very affordable.They worried about the health of my dog not about money. They were all very caring and nice. I recommend this place over all the emergency veternarians that I have been to in the past.They took my calls to help address any concerns and even told me to come back in so they could recheck my pet. Very satisfied. Great place! Great staff! Affordable!
