I ordered three what looked like cute furry Christmas decorations but what I have received is three plastic flat decorations with pictures on them. The advert shows them soft and furry! They cost me £36 so I’ve now complained

YO LOS HE DENUNCIADO. Y NO LES PONGO UN -10 PORQUE LA PAGINA NO ME DEJA.

It really annoys me that this company seem to be getting away with pretending to be M&S on its advertising to draw you in, and have been doing this for quite a while. How is this allowed?

When I saw the advertisement, it shows a lovely furry round acorn with forest animals in, they stroke the fur and they look so lovely and soft. I chose one because my mom loves animals like squirrels, foxes, owls etc, so I chose the squirrel. I can not express the disappointment when I received the packet, I didn't know what it was when it arrived. When I opened it, Omg, I was very disappointed the say the least, a flat piece of acrylic. Nothing like it advertises. For over £16 with post and packing. Disgusting ! I am sure they falsify the reviews as well. How can they get away with it. I emailed them and they asked for photos and then said if I wanted to return it would cost 20 dollars and could take upto a month. Or I could donate it and they would give me 15% discount off my next order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scammed into believing I was buying two fluffy animal tree decorations at 12GBP each. Turned out to be cheap printed flat decorations which would hardly be worth fifty pence. Having already seen how another customer who bought the same items was fobbed off I'll just have to put this down to experience and hope this review prevents anyone else from falling for the same false advertising and dishonesty.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. I ordered for my wife three Christmas animal ornaments. On the site it shows someone stroking the animal. When the ornaments arrived they are cheep acrylic ornaments with a piece of string. This is their reply when I complained to get a refund. PLEASE Do Not buy from this company. Dear Steve, We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience. The product page was optimized to showcase the design inspiration; however, the actual item is a flat acrylic piece with a printed design, rather than the 3D resin figurine shown in the images. If the product isn't quite to your liking, perhaps consider gifting it to friends or family—we’re sure they would appreciate it. We deeply regret this unpleasant shopping experience and would like to offer you a 15% discount coupon for your next purchase. Customer Service Center
