Not very happy since no one makes any contact to even test the system.
I have no idea if our system works. I have no idea if our system even works. No one ever calls except when the annual bill is due. The front door contact does not work and I never hear anything with reference to testing our system. This was done years ago when we first signed up. Many, many years ago. When annual bill is due I hear right away. Thinking seriously of canceling and finding a local provider here in Suffolk county, NY.. Not a very happy customer
