quick responce
I have Vector both and home and work and the times when an alarm has gone off, Vector is very quick to contact me to access the situation and allow me the choice to contact fire/police, etc.

New more cost effective systems...
Service has been good but given new technologies the cost seems high. I need to review the new products/services and make a decision.

Monthly charges for security systems will vary based on the type of system you have, whether you have mobile services to control your system from your phone, or additional devices are added to a security system such as lights, locks, and cameras. These are just a few items to keep in mind when comparing prices. We also provide one of the best service warranties in the industry. Decent Treatment and Very Little Friction
Victor Security is very important to us as a "watch" over our second home. We have experienced consistant, good service for many years. I have no problem recommending Victor to anyone.

Good Company. Good Service.
I had Vector Security now for about 5 years now. They can be a little slow answering calls in regards to service. The times I have activated the alarm by accident, they were very quick in calling me asking if everything was OK. I feel safe and confident that my property is being monitored 24/7. I just got my equipment upgraded with outdoor cameras and a digital panel. I can now monitor, view my cameras, and activate the equipment from my smart phone. I gave it a 4 star due to the slow response from the service department. It took almost 2 weeks to get a malfunctioning sensor changed.

My experience has been good. The response time lately has been better than a few months ago. When my alarm goes off I want to know that I have some back up if needed!

Realiable and affordable security service
