Vector has served us well for 6 years. When things have not worked properly it is easy to contact a person and get solutions quickly.

The app freeze from time to time. Over all I am satisfied

They response pretty quickly every time when our system went off accidently. The people in monitoring center also help you schedule some appointments if you required. They are pretty reliable.

The team out of the Milford,De. office are the best in the business bar none. They show up on time and if delayed, call to inform me. The business office was tops when it was operated out of Milford but since it has moved to Baltimore it needs a lot of work. The people there don't know the customers and act as if they could not care less about it. I repeat that the service team out of Milford is the best and I match them up against techs from Brinks and ADP.

This small security company is actually better than ADT. I have stay with them for more than 8 years. Very quick response.

Great service, employees take care of issues quickly and service calls are set up soon if not the day I call. I have had a few issues with the app but if I shutdown and restart it seems to work properly.

I've been with Vector for over 17 years, I say they have always provided excellent service and low payments.
