Vector Security Great Customer Service
My thanks to Vector for the prompt service when my alarm has gone off and staying on line with me till problem is resolved. It is important to quickly receive a call from the security service and Vector has always been great in this area. Also, I have been very pleased with the hardware installation and willingness of the company to honor ongoing contract from residence to residence in the proper manner. Very friendly and courteous! I appreciate the professionalism

I am very pleased with the prompt service, technician and the result.
The timer was off on the motion detector resulting with the warning sound going off when I returned to the house. When I responded to the two-way phone, the person answering was patient and understanding. She offered to get a technician out immediately but I declined and was given a number to call to make an appointment. Meanwhile she turned to motion detector off until it could be fixed. The technician came on time, made the necessary changes and the problem is fixed.

Professional, experienced, and exceptional services surpasses other security systems on market.
When choosing a security company an individual must look at certain criteria such as quality service and reputation in the industry. Vector is competitively priced and as the saying goes "You get what you pay for". When problems arise with your security system their service is unmatched. Look at the big picture "What does security mean to YOU?!. We live in an age of great insecurity and whether home or away VECTOR SECURITY gives great peace of mind.

Great Service
Vector security is always fast to call if we accidently set the alarm off. We have had Vector at our old house years ago and then when we moved we call them first to get a secutiry system.
