Great Service
We have had Vector for many years at our home and business. When the alarms do trip we get notified quickly and professionally. Always nice and polite on the phone, even when we set them off ourselves. I also like the phone app.

Vector Security has been great to work with from the initial sales process and installation to going service and questions!
Unfortunately, our home was broken into before we had a security system. When I called Vector, I was very nervous given that experience. We worked with Ben Palumbo who came to meet with us very quickly to determine what we needed. He was excellent. The gentleman who installed the system was polite and patient as he taught me how to use it. We had to have one of our motion sensors repositioned and the person who came to do that was also very polite and helpful. Any time I have called to ask questions, everyone has been very polite, friendly and helpful. I would recomend them to anyone!

Awesome security
Vector has done very well for us. We haven't had a true emergency yet thankfully, but their customer service has been very kind and compassionate. For all the times I've set off the alarm by mistake they were very understanding. I would recommend Vector to anybody

I have no complaints about vector security systems
Everyone has been very polite and professional in all the contacts with their personnel. they have been on time for the calls I have made for service and the technicians were very knowledgeable .
