Vector Security, and all of the personnel I have interacted with (especially Whitney Baker), are the benchmark of Quality! Customer Service is responsive and interested in me as a client; the system is easy to use; the rates are competitive, especially considering the rapid response I receive (and any security system is only as effective as the response time in case of an emergency!); and all of the technicians, either on the phone or in person, are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have nothing but praise for Vector Security and plan on keeping them forever! Well Done!! SIX STARS!!!

Vector ahs been responsive and the equipment and staff have been great with no problems.

The technician was knowledgeable of what needed to be done in converting our alarm system to receive and communicate with the new format. He also checked all of our sensors and repair one that wasn't responding. He had a pleasant personality and was expert in compleating the job.

OUTSTANDING installation of a wireless security upgrade about 1-1/2 years ago. Haven't had any problems with my Vector Security system since installation.

I have had Vector Security since I purchased my home in 2007 and have been extremely satisfied with their service. I had to have my system serviced last year and they were very prompt, and the technician was competent and professional.

Reliable, easy to use, love the keyfob, works from Iphone, tablet, and computer. Techs have great working knowledge and explain system in lay terms. would hughly recomend.

Having had ADT for over 5 years, paying each month, and finding out it had been inactive for at least 2 years, I love Vector. When I mistakenly set the alarm off, customer service calls me from the alarm box, not the phone. Service is great and customer service is excellent. The contract had no "fine print" that states you must test your equipment monthly! I have never been happier. Wouldn't take ADT if it were free now!!!
