Excellent Customer Service
My wife and I recently returned from a 3 week trip to The Atacama Desert and Patagonia. We worked with James Kinard from Vaya to plan the vacation, and everything (including the weather ) went off without a hitch. Transfers were great and the properties fantastic. James went above and beyond for us tracking down silverware that we fell in love with, but were unable to find when we returned home. We would definitely reccommend Vaya and James Kinard to anyone planning travel in South America.

Excellent company. Would unequivocally recommend them.
From the moment we arrived in Colombia every thing that Vaya promised was perfectly executed. We were met at the airport by our first guide and driver who gave us our complete trip itinerary with all local contacts, times, locations, transfers, etc. From there things only got better — the local guides were extremely flexible and took care of more than we expected. Hotel choices were perfect for each area — carefully selected to provide the best local indigenous experience. By the way Colombia is a wonderful country with very proud people who want to share what they have with the world. So without getting too detailed here — suffice it to say the trip was excellent.

Thanks to Vaya our trip was perfect.
Our 3 1/2 week trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos, Peru and Machu Picchu was perfect. The hotels were the most wonderful small boutique hotels with generous and varied breakfasts. Our guides and drivers were so knowledgeable and very pleasant and spoke very good English. We were always met on time and in a comfortable and air conditioned car or van. This trip was perfect in every aspect. There was nothing that Vaya could have done to make it any better.

The perfect Honeymoon!
Vaya planned every detail in our honeymoon to perfection! We just told them what we had in mind and they created a custom itinerary that was perfect for us! Our Galapagos trip was unforgettable! Thank you!
