Used the service twice and would use again without hesitation. Hotels selected were great and guides provided were knowledgeable and very respective of personal needs.

We have traveled all over the world, and used several different travel agencies. Vaya surpasses them all. We have used Vaya Adventures for numerous holidays over the years. They have consistently provided top notch service from start to finish. They have access to some of the best guides that we have had the pleasure to meet. No detail is omitted - they actually do think of everything. We will only use Vaya Adventures for our South American travel. There simply is no one else out there with the level of experience and knowledge of the continent!

Excellent service from beginning to end.

I was planning an almost month-long trip to Patagonia, and kept getting frustrated with all the logistics, so a friend recommended I contact Vaya. Marci was absolutely amazing; she took time to understand what my priorities were. We made multiple revisions and kept tweaking the itinerary until it was just right. While circumstances changed and I couldn't go on this trip at this time, the experience was phenomenal. I would 100% book with them in the future.

Vaya did a great job guiding me through the different destination options, hotels, and helped make all my flight arrangements. During the trip our Vaya guides were outstanding, easy to work with, and very friendly. They even helped us make some last minute changes and suggested some great places to eat and made the reservations for us. The drivers and transportation were excellent and the vaya guides really helped us navigate the international airports we were not used to and helped us get our boarding passes and check our luggage. I would definitely use Vaya again, especially to organize a family trip with multiple people in unfamiliar surroundings. We ended up all having a wonderful time.

This is the first time that I ever travelled first class and it was a great way to go. I contacted Vaya Adventures, told them what I wanted to see and do, and they put it all together. From Quito to the jungle to the Galapagos they did it right. Only one minor glitch and it was rather insignificant. The experience was a great one and I would highly recommend you to get ahold of Vaya Adventures and have them put your trip together. It was a great experience!

Vaya did a great job drawing us out about the experience we hoped for, then putting together an itinerary that brought it to life. We felt very well cared for from the moment we landed (long before, actually, with Vaya’s background and preparation materials) until we left. Hotels were well-chosen, staff and guides were very focused on service, and we really appreciated the care and help. Highly recommend, and we hope to return to South America on another Vaya trip.
