Vaya worked with us to get the best itinerary to meet what we wanted to do. All of the guides were helpful and knowledgeable and adjusted to our needs on the trip.

The naturalists were so knowledgeable and great. The pace was good and we saw everything we wanted to see in Peru and Ecuador. The hotels were all beyond fabulous and the boat was the same.

Very good communication throughout the booking process. The portal app allows access to all of your travel itinerary and info. Everything went very smoothly from the time we met our representative at the airport in Quito to the time we returned.

My trip to Galapagos was beyond my imagination!! From beginning to end Natalie (Vaya) had addressed and attended to every detail to make my experience stellar and a once in a lifetime event. The guides and service staff aboard were so brilliant and delightful. This was an excursion one should not miss. I was solo and treated like a queen! From people, activities (snorkeling), environment, comfort and cuisine, nothing was missed. I would highly recommend Vaya for this unique adventure to all.

We have worked with Vaya before on trips to South America. The trips were great so we decided to use Vaya for a trip to Europe. We recently returned from our trip to Sicily. Again, Vaya organized a great trip. The trip was great. Vaya's knowledge and planning was exceptional. The trip was 100% as planned.
