These wallets are made to perfection. They are so nice that I have ordered seven of them!!!

I bought a wallet from Vavcraft maybe 3 or 4 years ago, and I still use it to this day. It’s one of the larger ones. The leather has aged really well, and everything is still holding up great. Crazy but true story: a few months ago, I accidentally left it in my jacket pocket when throwing my jacket in the washing machine. I thought that would be the end of it, but after it dried, there was no peeling, no torn stitching, nothing. I just kept using it like nothing happened. I was kinda surprised tbh how good quality the leather was. Definitely one of those things you buy once and don't have to think about replacing. The wallet just FEELS great lol and people have asked about it so I would def. recommend, 5/5

Very Disappointed. Their products are similar if not the same as stuff out of the Florence leather markets and the quality is ok but not as great as the images make out to be so very over priced. I ordered the carry bag and the leather card holder, the bag arrived but no cardholder. Seems like an amateur marketing company pumping and dumping, I wouldn't touch them again

UPDATE: I received the product (it's a fine product), and contacted the company to return because I had another product I ordered at the same time and didn't need both. They offered a 50% discount to keep the bag (which I gifted to my husband) and were diligent in the follow up. Not sure what's up with the website comms, but I hope they fix that for future customers. As I said, the product itself is well made and worth the price. Previous note: I ordered a bag from their social media (through Instagram) and signed up for emails to receive a discount. The discount was never applied to my product, so I contacted them for assistance via their website immediately after I placed the order. Waiting 24 hours for a response - nothing. I tried escalating through the "chatbot" on their website (response time estimated at several hours) and two days later... nothing. This is unacceptable for a consumer products site. I will be disputing this with my cc company.

Very very bad experience Made a purchase Nov29 paid express shipping to use the item on a trip. A week after, no confirmationn of shipment.   After multiple emails,  staff finally replied saying it will take a while.   Dec 11, 2 Days before my trip,  Staff said item is ready.  Asked the staff to hold item and ship after Christmas so it would arrive on our before january 2 To prevent porch theft because i am on a trip. Staff agreed.   January 3 came and still no item received.  After multiple emails. Jan 6, Staff replied saying item is now out of stock.  And will take a couple more days for item to be available again.  Canceled the order instead.  Your staff lied to me.  Terrible customer service!!!

I recently ordered and received my shipment. I am completely satisfied with entire process...thank you Vavcraft! A genuine quality piece: fine leather, well constructed, and extremely supple leather. I shall order additional pieces in the very near future.

I bought a backpack nearly two weeks ago, and despite the website saying it would ship within three days, customer service keeps telling me it’s still being made. The responses feel inconsistent and don’t sound genuine. After seeing so much negative feedback here about their shipping, I’m now worried I may have been scammed.

Looked at alot of wallets online liked the design the color the fact that it will only look better with time! Wallet came exactly as advertised right down to the stitching. I would definitely recommend!
