I had a small issue with my bag and Emlina customer service addressed it immediately. Celine made sure the issue was addressed in a timely matter and that I was happy with the resolution to the issue! Would definitely order form Emlina again!

My Channel bag is perfect! It was nicely packaged with Channel gift box and dust bag. The Emlina store had good communication throughout and followed up once my bag arrived.

So far I have ordered one of the LV bags and I am so pleased with how it came! The bag looks so identical to the real deal and she's so pretty 🥹 the OnTheGo bag is very nice and doesn't look or feel cheap at all. I have a lot of bags and wallets on my wishlist that I am super stoked to get. They also have red bottom heels, Rolex watches and many other items that I can't wait to get also. Maris has been extremely helpful in my ordering process too. She helped me track my order when it wasn't uploaded to the site yet her customer service is amazing and I can definitely say I am super excited to order again 🥰
