Dear Connor, Thank you for your review! I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with the items in your Mystery Box. We try to include a little something to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests, and the boxes are not specifically designed for any particular age group. Most of the feedback that we have had about the Mystery Boxes has been very positive. As mentioned on the Mysterious Box of Mystery’s product page, we don't normally accept the return of this item, but we will make an exception in your case and allow you to return the box for store credit. We tried to reach out to you via TrustPilot, but did not receive a response. Therefore, please use the contact form on our website (https://www.vat19.com/contact) and refer to this TrustPilot review and our customer service team can assist further. Of course, if you decide to keep the box, that's fine too! We apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Jamie Salvatori, Owner

Hi Winter Furry! Yes, we are definitely a legit website. We've been around since 2006. We can't wait to hear your review once you check out more of our items!

Thank you! The Pyro Mini Fireshooter is designed for ages 18+. We do not recommend this item for anyone under the age of 18.

Dear Linda, Thank you for writing. There should be a small white sticker on the outside of each box that indicates its size. There is also a packing slip inside each box that indicates all of the items that should be contained along with each item's retail price. The total of the individual items far exceeds the cost of the box itself. Because we make the boxes in small batches, we use whichever size box fits its contents the most snugly. Sometimes a small item can be quite expensive. We do our best to provide a variety of items in each box in order to appeal to a wide variety of interests. However, we appreciate your feedback regarding their relative physical sizes and inability to easily determine which box is which. We will try to fix that issue in 2021. Thank you for commenting. I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your Mystery Box. I can assure you that the box contains exceptional value since the cost of the collection always exceeds the retail price of the individual items (sometimes it’s almost 80% cheaper!) Obviously, the trade-off is that you don't get to choose which items of exceptional value you will receive. We strive to make sure that you'll have a variety of items so that you'll have a good chance of really liking something in the box. Again, I am sincerely apologetic that you're dissatisfied with the contents of this box, but I hope you don't hold it against us in the future.
