We were contacted by this customer regarding their disappointment with their Mystery Box on November 29, 2022. Our customer support representative followed up with them a few hours later. We explained our no return policy with Mystery Boxes, but offered an exception to allow them to return their order. Following this communication, the customer wrote back deciding to keep their order and thanked us for our help.

Hello, I apologize that you did not hear back from us sooner. I have received the following update from the carrier: "Thank you for getting in touch with us, I have researched the package and it appears there was a delivery attempt on 11/25 which was unsuccessful due to incorrect address. The package as of 12/15 is being held at the local post. The parcel may be able to be collected at the post office, please have consignee contact the local post. Pease let us know if you have any further questions." ** We have omitted the tracking link for privacy reasons, but have also emailed this to you privately ** Would you please contact the local Yodel hub for collection or to arrange for redelivery? If the order is denied by the carrier and we see that it is being sent back to us, we can issue a refund once we see the order is in transit on the way back to us. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Hi Yoshi! Thank you for being a fan and watching the videos! We know it can be frustrating when you're a kid and want to buy something that's out of your budget, or ask your parents for something that they don't want to buy for you. We do think the Mystery Boxes are a good value; you get at least 7 items in each box, and they are always cheaper than buying the items individually. (We even put the retail cost on the packing slip so you can see how much of a deal you've gotten!) While I can't change the cost of the Mystery Boxes, if you sign up for our email newsletter, we do occasionally send out coupon codes that you could use. Again, we're glad that you're a fan, and hope that you get to enjoy a Mystery Box soon!

We try to include a little something to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests, and the boxes are not specifically designed for any particular age group.
