The company has one of the best customer supports, that I have seen, would recommend to anyone who wants to do GPU/CPU work

I got unrecognized charges. Auto top-off was disabled, my card wasn't saved and my instances was deleted yet I still got charged. My account credit was going down on its own. Do not give this company your credit card.

Als Host von GPU-Servern kann ich nur dringend abraten, von dieser hochgradig kriminellen, unseriösen und unprofessionellen Plattform Abstand zu nehmen. Der Support ist an Inkompetenz nicht zu übertreffen. Du als Host wirst für jede Sache, die schief läuft, bestraft finanziell. Entweder wird deine Zuverlässigkeit gesunken oder wird dir einfach massiv Geld abgezogen, aber wenn du dagegen widersprichst, interessiert das dort kein Schwein. Stattdessen entstehen dir finanzielle Nachteile. Aber wenn nachweislich der Anbieter der Plattform verantwortlich für Fehler ist und du trotzdem eine Sanktion bekommst, bist du trotzdem der Idiot. Du bekommst keine Entschädigung, und es interessiert dir dort nicht. Normalerweise müsste diese Plattform verklagt werden und geschlossen werden. Update: der Support ist absolut unterirdisch. Dieser ist hochgradig kriminell, frech, dreist, unverschämt und lenkt von deren Inkompetenz ab und möchte immer den Kunden, also in dem Fall den Host, für alles Mögliche verantwortlich machen. So was Dreistes, Unverschämtes, Freches mit so einer großen Fresse wird ganz höchstpersönlich gemaßregelt. Your machines went offline causing customer harm but "you didn't see the message". You have no system monitoring on your own? Your request to have charges reversed is denied. You really need to shore up your operations. Your reliability score is not something you are entitled to having, and it is set low because your instances are unreliable and causing harm to our customers. If this continues, we will mark them as deverified/unverifed. We owe you no technical investigation nor will we conduct one."

I am disappointed with Vast, I spent a tremendous amount of time preparing may machine, the earnings were nothing near what the calculator announced, an order of magnitude lower, the GPU was not listed correctly, support was not helpful during the month I listed the machine, (now it’s surprisingly fast), and now I had to top up a separate account to rent a machine while still having unpaid earnings with no way to retrieve it.

Easy, affordable, efficient. Even though some instances are not perfect, the team is always ready to help you and reccommend alternatives and even refund you if it can be well justified. When it works well, it's awesome for affordable GPU's to train models and whatnot.

Great and Fast Support! Vast.ai offers an excellent platform for GPU hosting. Recently, I had a minor technical verification issue on one of my machines, and the support team resolved it very quickly and efficiently. Great communication and super helpful team. Highly recommended!
