To all my friends and family that have had a membership at Vasa Fitness, they are going to still try to charge you an annual fee, even though we are banned from being able to use the freaking facility. You should call today before the end of the month and cancel your membership, at least try to. Their customer service is terrible right now, and I really regret ever joining the gym.

Worst customer service EVER! All they want is YOUR hard earned money. The State of Utah announced on March 13, 2020 (Friday) that schools will be closed starting Monday, March 16, 2020. Everyone was being told to stay home, not to go where more than 10 people are, etc... but Vasa did not decide to close until March 17th, and was still collecting their monthly and annual dues. Customer service refuses to address these charges when the rest of the State and Nation was told to stay home unless one of the essential jobs. They since put a freeze on monthly fees, but continue to collect the "annual fee". If you want to cancel, you still owe one month's dues (even though closed and can't go in to use the facility) since there is a "30 day notice to cancel". Total Rip-off!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I was told that my membership was in collections back six months ago but I have been going regularly without any issues. They sure have been pulling my monthly payment from my bank account. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told no. When I asked to have a managers name to contact I was told no they are not allowed to give that information. She was rude and loud in front of about fifteen other people. This is not the first time I have had terrible customer service. I would rate a zero but that’s not an option. Save your money from a gym that Actually cares about their members. They will take your money then lie and say they didn’t when you have proof.

Vasa is the worst gym I have ever had the displeasure of being a member of. Customer service at each location that I have been to is atrocious, and the main corporate office is even worse. I recommend literally any other gym. Do not give these guys your hard earned money.

Vasa Fitness just stole $200 out of my bank account after I signed up for a free 30 day trial. Please don’t trust these crooks! BBB and my bank have been notified!!!

Vasa is one of the worst gyms in the area. The staff is not friendly, the equipment is in disrepair, and trying to work with the company in general sucks. I was a grandfathered member from lifestyles fitness years ago. I believe they targeted those members as we didn’t pay the normal monthly fees to get rid of them. I am disabled, and was kicked out in a claim that said I was training people, without proof. Even the main office didn’t care. Yet I watched others with full membership training others all the time. The trainers themselves don’t care about the clientele. Are non helpful. I would not not would I ever recommend VASA as the place to go

I signed up to go to vasa and was in an auto accident the next week after signing up. I call them and the person said I cannot cancel however I can put my account on hold for 6 mos. When the 6 mos were up they were calling me for payment and I told them I could not use the service still. They said there was nothing I could do about it and are charging me 280.00 for something I have never even used....

It's actually a 0 in my books. They kept texting me saying I missed my payment so I'd go in and show them my bank statement showing they clearly took money out. They slammed my good credit. Not only that they said after the first 6 months they have a zero cancellation fee. So I went in to cancel after they said I missed another payment but it wasn't missed because they had clearly charged my account. So I went on there website to cancel and the only way I could cancel is to pay a 25 dollar cancellation fee. But I've been a member for over a year so don't get a membership unless you feel like you want to get harassed. Nothing but a headache
