Vasa just want to take money from customer pocket unethically. I called Vasa Littleton on June to continue to hold my account since I don’t feel ok to work out. The male employee was on the phone confirmed it is frozen. Then i see they still charge me for June and July. I called them, they said there were no docs to show them that i called and normally freeze or hold account can be done on the apps. When i cancelled my account, i had to pay for another month service. It is on the contract, but Vasa is Ridiculous, and unethical gym facility. Be careful with them. They are trying all their best to get money from membership.

I can tell you I’ve used several gyms in my lifetime and this Hass to be the most criminal. At the end of February had an accident at work and was able unable to go to the gym I called them to cancel and they informed me that they could not cancel because of Covid. Then I called back I was told that it would be taken care of but to call back in a week to make sure the woman was rather frantic and said they were unable to do it at that moment but she would make sure it was taken care of. Every month my bank account has been debited then today they debited at $75 when I called they informed me that they had my phone call with the woman and said they didn’t have my callback number after covid to verify this is the most unprofessional he run business that is literally stealing from the consumers they refused to refund my $75 that they literally stole from my bank account as I have not use this gym in over six months and I’ve tried to cancel this your time according to their paperwork all that should be due is the 30 day month notice guarantee which has been ample enough time I believe that they are trying to steal from the consumer to make up for lost revenue during the time they were closed this is highly an ethical and I will contact attorney consumer beware worst gym ever I have belong to other gyms and have canceled and never had this sort of problem. I have talk to other people and they’ve had the same issues with canceling with bossa if anyone is curious it’s a visor in Sunset Utah and I wouldn’t go there if they offered me a free membership.I am not working in the $75 may mean that my water is shut off they are thieves

Unethical. I put my membership on hold cause i was pregnant, told them I was medically unable to work out. They never said one word to me for a year and then charged me $20 for an annual fee? Fine if that’s automatic but when I called them out customer service rep Kyle was less than helpful, condescending and down right rude. I get it that you’re trying to greedily pinch pennies during a pandemic but be human. Slimy at best. Gross VASA. Do better.

i have encountered the same/similar experience as many others. Service was cancelled due to COVID in march then they automatically started billing again without any notification email, text, letter in the mail, etc. i let them charge me for June 24.99 but then they charged me for July 24.99 plus the annual fee 50.00 they day after i was billed i went to the vasa location nearest to me to cancel services and they said i had to pay an additional 31.00 to cancel. i paid the 31.00 so my services should have been canceled effective July 13th one day after my normal billing cycle July 12. days later I disputed the annual fee with my bank as i no longer have service so i dont see the point in paying an annual fee. the dispute was successful but vasa is still trying to charge my card for the annual fee that was charged back in addition to monthly service when my account should have been canceled already and they are now saying that in order to cancel i have to pay the annual fee. the annual fee is from July to July so it doesn't make sense for someone that cancels in July to have to pay an annual fee for the next year of service that they will not receive.. please be aware

Please read all the other reviews - you'll see a common theme. VASA will continue to charge you even after you end your subscription. Avoid this place. They are untrustworthy.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I cancelled with them 6 Months ago not thinking I needed to check in to see if it actually got cancelled. I now owe 135 dollars for something I have not been using. Also took them 6 Months to give me a call. They wanted to argue me they have tried to reach out via call and via email. I have all my voicemails and not one was from vasa and all my emails and not one from vasa. 135 dollars later I can not cancel till I have paid up to the full amount. I would not recommend to anyone. Also got my car stolen from that place. NOT SAFE AT ALL.

I was automatically transferred from 24 Hour Fitness. Set up my account on the app - and paused it for 3 months while I decided what I wanted to do. Two months later I get a phone call that I am two months past due and getting charged late fees (the card on file with 24 Hour fitness needed to be updated). I never got any bills or notifications that I was being billed and I had paused the account for three months anyway. Vasa claims I never paused it, my word against theirs - the only 'proof' is their own app. I still have to pay for the past two months for something I never used. Supposedly I'm not going to be accountable for the late fees. I am so glad to cancel completely, we'll see if it actually goes through. Based on all of the reviews, this is probably not over and I'll have to keep calling.

I was a member of 24 Hour Fitness, which temporarily closed during the pandemic, then permanently closed all their gyms in the state. That's understandable, given the current situation and economy. However, they transferred my membership to Vasa, including my credit card information. Vasa then charged me for a gym membership, which I did not authorize nor even know about. I didn't even realize any gyms had reopened yet. They never should have had my credit card number in the first place. I only found out when looking at my bank online, so I disputed the charge, and my bank closed that account and sent me a new card to be safe. Now they have the gall to send a collection agency after me, plus a $25 charge for a return fee. Vasa isn't a gym chain, it's a criminal racket.
