I was in the middle of finals and planning for a wedding- who thinks to cancel your guest privileges in the middle of all of that? I wasn't going to be home for over a month as well. I contacted them about a week after I saw the charge on my account. They said a refund wouldn't be possible. I understand company policies but what about extenuating circumstances? Or that I hadn't been to their gym in over a month? I guess not. Thanks guys. Keep my $18 from a student who hardly makes anything. Once my membership is over I'll be giving business to a different gym.

I would give negative stars if i could. I joined, the very next month, for some reason they said my membership withdraw did not go through, I checked bank, no attempt, i had money in there, so i contacted them they said it was due to billing information , and they had the wrong bank info, customer service would not help and would not remove the $25.00 fee. so i quit. will never recommend, tooele gym is also dirty most of the time anyway

SCAM!!!!! Don’t go to them and do a simple walk through to see their facility!! The girl at the from desk stated it was for Covid protocol to fill out their iPad online paperwork in order to walk through... I did the walk through. I chose not to join their Gym at that time because I wasn’t finished with my Pilates membership that I still had and loved with Club Pilates! They will charge your card 80.00 for nothing!!!! 😡😡😡😡and put you in a contract so you have to pay more!! To get out!!! 😡😡😡😡 I will be calling the Department of health for them falsifying Covid procedures and stated it was for contact tracing and using this as a way to get people to sign up also I will be contacting my attorney I spoke to a lady by the name of Lori as the manager and I hope she is willing to get things figured out otherwise I will definitely be going after them legal actions.

Dishonest with hidden fees. I had to pay $102 dollars just to cancel the membership after being told I was going to have to pay $50 for a "lock in" rate so my membership rate doesn't go up... ??? Why would they be allowed to change the rate of my membership under a contract? And why should I have to pay extra to "lock-in" a rate that they advertised to me? This company is dishonest and will nickel and dime you, even as you cancel your membership, apparently.

They aren't very straight up with their fees. The charge a monthly rate guarantee that is supposed to make it so that your rate doesn't change, and they also charge you for cancelling. Cancelling is a nightmare as well. Every other subscription I have used has a simple button and a confirmation box, maybe an optional survey. Somehow being logged in isn't enough for vasa to figure out which membership to cancel, so you have to fill out a form.

My 19 year old grandson went in to see the gym and the individual that got him to sign membership must have seen an easy sale!! He thought he was paying 40.00 mthly with first month free, a week later his bank acct was hit for 140.00! When he called vasa they said it was for a personal trainer he had signed up for!! The sales person failed to tell him he was agreeing to pay personal trainer 140.00 every two weeks. He said the individual had him sign contract on a tablet he had full control over. I would think a large company such as this would be more transparent! I feel he it all was very deceptive and now going thru hell to get it all cancelled! Website says you have 30 days to cancel but fine print at bottom of contract says 3 days in small print. They should be ashamed taking advantage of someone so new to all of this. I used to work in sales and im here to tell you the best form of advertisement is word of mouth and this company has nothing but negative reviews other than 1 person above!!!!!!!!! She is outnumbered!! The vasa this involves is Clinton, UT and Paramount Acceptance is billing company. Next step is to contact Gephardt with KSL News.

Absolute Criminals we tried to cancel several times, but they wouldn't let us without charging us a $25.00 even though we had been members for 6+ months which our contract said was the timeline for the cancelation fee to no longer apply. We kept getting charged each month. The people we finally got to talk to were dishonest. Please learn from our mistakes, DON'T SIGN UP WITH THESE CRIMINALS! Cost me $200 I'll never get back.

This gym is a scam, they get you in then raise the prices. Then when you cancel they say they will send you a form and don't then send you to a collection agency. Don't ever do business with these creeps!
