I joined Vasa Fitness at 16921 E Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO more than 2 years ago, and my experience has been quite disappointing.
The restroom has a persistent bad smell, the locker and shower areas remain in dire need of attention. The showers are semi-broken. Additionally, I've noticed hair branches left in the showers, which is both unappealing and unhygienic.
Overall, I cannot recommend Vasa Fitness due to these ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues, if hygiene and functional facilities are important to you

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN
Last week, I joined VASA.
I initially set up a Studio account with my tax exemption.
Two days later, I added an additional person to my account. I provided my tax exempt card and was advised that it was taken care of.
The next day, I received an ACH draft for the additional person fee that included taxes.
No one at the local gym couldn't assist me.
I emailed back and forth with customer service for days; which was useless.
She kept asking me to submit my tax exemption, again.
If the regular membership is non-taxed; why wouldn't the additional person fee be tax exempt?
I've reached out to the customer service phone number several times.
The first two calls; the phone automatically hung up on me. The third time. I had an option for a call back. It's now been seven hours. No one has called me. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I decided to opt to text with Customer Service. When I selected the option. The phone hung up on me.
Ive allocated over two hours attempting to get assistance. And, I still haven't been assisted.
This has been he!!.
Overseas customer service is better than this.
Both of the gym and amenities are nice. However, the Hot tub on the North side always has gross hairs, something resembling skin, etc. Floating around. It's sickening. They need to clean that more often. That can't be sanitary.

Vasa Fitness Cancelation Policy
Be careful when you sign up for this gym. Even if the app says you can cancel or suspend for a while, it will not work. You still are charged a monthly fee and charged a $25.00 fee to cancel. It doesn't matter if it is a day or a week. Customer service is horrible. There used to be a time when you get a customer service rep who talked to you with respect.

Avoid Vasa gym.
Indianapolis, IN - East Thompson road facility.
Pros:
- Inexpensive monthly fee ($10).
- Lots of equipment.
Cons:
- Someone brought in a bolt cutter, cut my lock and took the cash from my wallet. Told the front desk. They took down my name and number and never heard anything from them.
- Different machines broken each week.
- People recording themselves.
- Machines ripped, missing paddings.
- People just hanging around machines.
- People using two machines at the same time going back and forth between the two.
- People bugging you if you are "done yet" or "how many sets do you have left".
- People leaving machines, coming back and saying they are still using the machine.
- Bathrooms always dirty.
- Locker room constantly smells like weed.

After working here in sales and giving a 2 weeks notice they cut you off completely from making more money. You send a salesman to check people in and a manager that makes no commission and team manager to tour and sale because they are leaving. Bad bad business decisions don't work there!

Personal Training
I became a member in August of 2020. In November of 2021 I was asked if I wanted to do a free personal training class. I agreed to it and met with one of their team members. I signed up for personal training and started working with their staff. The first session was awesome! And then my personal trainer showed up 15-20 minutes late (we only had 30 minute sessions), didn't have time to work with me before the next client so checked in and talked to me for about 10 minutes and told me my workout was in my folder. The next session, I let him know when I was leaving to go out of town so we would just need to schedule before that time. He called me the afternoon that I said I was leaving so we weren't able to get a session in. I brought my frustrations up with my PT and it improved some, he still would show up late but would work with me and gave me the full 30 minutes, I just had to push for the scheduling to make sure it happened. Well fast forward, I got in a motorcycle accident in January of 2022. I shattered my elbow, had to have a major surgery, tore my labrum on the opposite side and had to have shoulder surgery, and broke my T2 vertebrae. So, I reached out to my PT letting him know what had happened. He said it wasn't a big deal, we could hold off on the PT sessions and I wouldn't be charged if they weren't used. In March of 2022 I got a text saying I had a new PT and asked when we could schedule. I explained to her what had happened and she let me know it was no rush to get back and we would do it when I was ready. In May I had noticed I was charged for personal training so I reached out and spoke with 3 different VASA team members. They emailed me and wanted to charge a $10 fee for freezing this, they ended up waiving this after explaining. They said they couldn't refund the $70 I paid but it was okay to be used once I could start doing PT sessions. I checked my account today and was charged another PT fee for $70 the same day I spoke with them. I double checked and was charged $210 from April-May for personal training sessions I haven't been able to do and was told not to worry about because it wasn't a big deal. I have loved having a membership here and didn't want to freeze my membership, just hold my personal training until I could physically do this again. I was reassured it wasn't a big deal and my health was more important so not to worry. And yet have still been being charged for sessions I haven't been able to do. Avoid personal training. The gym itself is awesome, the equipment is nice, facility is clean, but care for their actual members doesn't seem to be there.

Disappointing
I’m disappointed with the gym off Federal and 72nd area. 7353 federal Blvd, Westminster
I use the treadmill and bicycle most of the time and enjoy watching the TVs.
However, at this gym the stations are mostly sports.
There is no CC caption either on most TVs.
I feel this gym is mostly for men.
Also, the music is way too loud at the front desk.
I enjoy the gyms music but your employees drown out what is suppose to be the over head music for all.
This is in the mornings, anywhere from 6am to 8am.
This is usually when I use the gym.
Also, can someone police the equipment?
Meaning, people use the equipment and rest for about ten minutes and stay at the machine.
My time is limited and cannot afford to wait around while they are texting away for ten minutes or so.
Please police the equipment at the gym on east 104th as well. 1420 E 104th, Thornton
It’s ridiculous......

The gyms were very cleanly and the staff was extremely helpful. However, they explained that there was a $25 membership fee per month and I had guest privileges, which was $17 a month. However, they charged $77 to my account without notifying me, and it would not tell me where it went. Overall way too expensive and they completely blindsided me.
