The Varon is the first oxygen concentrator I've purchased, so not much to compare it to. The unit seems well made and is fairly quiet. However, I have two complaints. The instruction manual lacks detail and is poorly written - probably because it originates from China. Second, the digital indicator for the flow rate doesn't seem to correspond to the settings and it's never the same when you switch back to previous settings. Other than that, it seems to work fine.

Our experience with purchasing Varon's oxygen concentrator was excellent. We had a shipping issue and customer service resolved it immediately. The equipment itself is high quality and works well. For me I would definitely buy from Varon again, a highly recommended buy.

BEWARE of the customer service in the EU. 1. I never received the additional batterie I ordered because the delivery company (GLS) Can't find the address. Strange as I get Amazon packages almost every week and my address is on one of the main streets downtown. 2. My doctor recommended a different spec machine so I have to return the one I ordered from VARON. The support email folks (from China) gave me the run around for a few weeks. Finally I got a destination address to send the machine back. However I still don't have a phone number which is mandatory to give delivery companies. Google doesn't find any phone number in the EU. Highly recommend trying a company that has customer service located in the EU. Will update if this experience has a better ending than what's happened so far

I wanted an oxygen concentrator that me allowed to leave my home without dragging an oxygen tank with me. I also wanted a concentrator that was able to deliver more than 6l. Also i wanted a concentrator that was relatively quite so as not to disturb someone in a restaurant, meeting, and doctor visits. This one is perfect for my needs.

The O2 machine arrived quickly. I was surprised at the fair price that it was. My purposes for the machine are to supplement my CPAP machine at night while I sleep. All the features are simple to work and the remote is very handy. The machine has a very low sound with an occasional puff sound as it makes the O2. To me it sounds exactly like my late husband's gentle breathing when he fell into a deep sleep, so it's actually a comfort to me. I notice a difference already in my thinking; it's much clearer.

MY VARON CONCENTRATOR IS AN EXCELLENT MACHINE. I LOVE THE CANNOLA THAT CAME WITH IT. RESPONSE TIME IS QUICK. IT ACTIVATES QUICKLY. I ONLY WISH THE BATTERY LASTED LONGER.

Varon Oxygen Concentrator has been a life saver for my mom and gave her back her independence. She goes out more and is able to use it in the car and in stores. It comes with a carrying case which makes it easy to transport, but is easily put in a cart.
