Would be FIVE stars, with a but....
SUPER FAST SHIPPING.... ...to the wrong PO box. I received a tracking order for what I thought was an item and it's case, it showed up on time, but when I opened the box, it was only the case. I was instantly in WTF mode, called the number on the website, and it turned out the other item had been in town ready for pickup at the wrong post office for an entire week. Dealing with customer service was great. All was well, I picked up the item from the post office, and I got what I ordered and loved the product. I would bet if I had ordered from the website and not over the phone, the issue would have never occurred.
