Didn't recieve tracking number for my package until it had already arrived. Had to call several times To finally recieve it. Package arrived in good shape, just lack of communication.

I recently purchased the Secret Vape Case "Book" for my Pax vaporizer by Ploom. The case seems well made and looks realistically like a book. The case that I ordered was the "waves" style book. There are some places on the "book" cover where the image is slightly skewed and almost looks scratched but nothing too major. The worst part about the product are the 2 different (bar-code) stickers that were on the back and inside of the case. They were almost impossible to remove and they left a sticky residue behind which I can't seem to get off without scratching or damaging the product. However, the inside "mold" that holds the vaporizer and it's accessories in tact was molded to fit everything inside perfectly! If you have questions for the company, don't bother contacting them via "Live Chat". I had asked where my case would be shipped from to get an idea of how long it would take to deliver and it took forever for them to get back to me with the answer: "GA". I then asked an additional question which never got answered. Then there was also an issue with the delivery of my product. Apparently they did not list my address correctly on the package so the delivery was delayed by an additional 3 days (which really sucks when I paid $15 for the shipping). I am happy with my product but I don't know how often I would purchase anything from Vapor Seller again.

The site was easy to navigate, and the prices were the best I've seen. Add in free shipping and this site is a winner!

With the first product I purchased, I did not receive a confirmation email within the first day, so I chatted with one of their live customer assistance representatives. She was very friendly and understanding. She sorted everything out, put the order through herself and upgraded me to 2-day priority. I now come to Vaporseller for all my vaporizer needs!
