Company shipped 3 sets of batteries and claimed that they have video footage of them shipping the correct item (a vaporator). Meanwhile, Im stuck with 3 sets of batteries and no vaporator. Not worth trying to save a buck when you get ripped off.

One piece was broken in shipment, so I sent a picture of it to customer service asking for a replacement. According to UPS, I should have it today.

i ordered a cherry mfb, turnes out they had them on backorder so i had to go with maple. i should have just paid the extra from the mob website. i would make sure they have what you want to order in stock before you oder it. they were good at keeping me informed.
