The price for my new pinnacle pro - which arrived yesterday and used immediately after I charged it completely - seemed too good to be true. After failing to see any red flags that would steer me away from purchase, I felt that I took a gamble - one that consequently paid off. Now, I haven't had to contact customer service for any reason, As I ordered my product and received it in the mail 3 days later. Impressive, especially because the item was shipped to me from Georgia, 3000 miles away. I would order from this company again if they had what I needed in stock. I will be contacting customer service shortly regarding the invitation to, "Please share your experience with us! Get a free 4pc metal grinder or vape cleaning solution". Hopefully this isn't an empty promise in an effort to accumulate reviews. I will be back to share! Update: Immediately after I composed my initial review, I reached out to customer service (11:34 am) to find out if/when a gift would be delivered. I received a response from them at 2:30 pm (not three hours later), with a confirmation that I would receive a free grinder in the mail shortly. A few minutes later, I received another email confirming shipment in the same process that my initial purchase was made. At this point, I can't say enough positive things about how this business has treated me. Kudos to them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their vape kit.

First, I paid $19 dollars for 2 day delivery - it took 5. Second, the Dube doesn't work very well. Great prices.

Very displeased with the customer service. I ordered on 1/6/14 and my order was not even shipped until 1/8/14 even though I paid extra for "expedited shipping". Apparently "Expedited" to this company means "take your sweet time.. We can ship it tomorrow "

Fast shipment, affordable price. I would use vaporseller again, but the product choices are somewhat narrow.
