Well, ive been ordering from them since october of last year, hit or miss on thr vapes actually working , ( most do),the problem i have is with the dang shipping... They will say my order is completed and in thr shopping system as they put it but they always ship to me via usps.. ( except for 1 time and a long 14 day wait from somebody i had never heard of),well usps informs me of nearly every move any of my packages make... And when i order and pay on wednesday,i dont expect to see order completed on the websight when the shipper hasnt even received a package to ship yet...has happened for the last 3 orders... Like this last week, ordered on wednesday, usps made a label and shipping number friday 2 days later, but never recieved a package to ship until monday night . Here it is 7 business days after i ordered and usps says its just now reaching my town . ( I have recieved 8 messages so far today tracking thr package) So maybe ill have it by tommorrow . Too long to ship out from south florida to south alabama... No matter the regulations.. i have also recieved an order from them ordered on wednesday and recieved 3 days later on saturday..its just slow.....

The service is quick but I usually order about 4 disposable vapes. At least one of them hardly works or only works for a short time. It will be charged but not work.

My only negative is the shipping time. Way too long I wasn't aware or didn't read deep enough that they were shipping from overseas.

Easy to order. Unfortunately, many models are out of stock and unavailable. Once you find an e-cigarette model that tastes good, it's no longer in stock when you place your next order. That's a real shame. As a result, I'm forced to keep trying new ones and can't stick with my favorites.

I love your products but you need to to something about your delivery. I've ordered from you four times and I've never gotten my order when promised

I love this company and the prices are awesome... however 2 of my vapes in separate orders didn't work. I was given a refund and I was grateful for that 😊🦋
