Cannot access website anymore and the products they send aren't any good recently

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. MARKS AS "SHIPPED" IN 2 DAYS BUT THATS JUST THE LABEL BEING GENERATED. 2 WEEKS LATER STILL AWAITING USPS EVEN GETTING THE PACKAGE. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. STAY AWAY

Well, ive been ordering from them since october of last year, hit or miss on thr vapes actually working , ( most do),the problem i have is with the dang shipping... They will say my order is completed and in thr shopping system as they put it but they always ship to me via usps.. ( except for 1 time and a long 14 day wait from somebody i had never heard of),well usps informs me of nearly every move any of my packages make... And when i order and pay on wednesday,i dont expect to see order completed on the websight when the shipper hasnt even received a package to ship yet...has happened for the last 3 orders... Like this last week, ordered on wednesday, usps made a label and shipping number friday 2 days later, but never recieved a package to ship until monday night . Here it is 7 business days after i ordered and usps says its just now reaching my town . ( I have recieved 8 messages so far today tracking thr package) So maybe ill have it by tommorrow . Too long to ship out from south florida to south alabama... No matter the regulations.. i have also recieved an order from them ordered on wednesday and recieved 3 days later on saturday..its just slow.....

So far not impressed. Ordered several days ago at the height of a craving. I've been smoke free for 2 years, but struggling so I ordered nicotine free. I realized I forgot to add the unit number for my address so I emailed them. No response. Submitted a form on their website, no response. Emailed again today and will likely not receive a response again. Their phone number is invalid. Poor customer service and I was under the impression shipping and delivery was going to be fast. I should have walked down to the convenience store instead. I wish I read reviews before ordering. I'll update if there's any changes. Update: aside from their lack of timely communication, my order was recieved 1 week after ordering which is decent time. Turns out my package was shipped out 2 days after ordering, however there was no notifications or communication about this. Waiting 4 days for a response is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. My vape however tastes disgusting lol. It's not their fault, it's just gross. Peach pear Raz disposable zero nicotine. STRONG flavour, it almost feels like I'm drinking the fluid. I'll find a better, refillable one instead.

They lie and scam I guess that’s there whole thing I ordered a vape from them and it ended up in Canada some how I don’t even live in Canada they won’t respond to your email they ship through osm but that seems fake not even legit I don’t know what to believe it’s been a month I’m more then likely going to file a lawsuit because I ordered a big bulk order and haven’t seen nothing

I ordered on4/9 and as of 4/18 my vapes are still not here I would never order from here again

I've been with vapor puffs for couple years plus now and I immediately stopped shopping at vape shops. I only order from them. If I need help then I get real life person to help me which is totally rare these days . Great vapes, they are awesome, trustworthy, and I tell everyone! #Vaporpuffs
