They have been great up til now. Unable to place an order. They said California is closed for shipping but it will open this weekend. Well its the weekend and I still get a message that they can't ship to my selected address which I have used for 3 previous orders. What the hell is going on there? Sent emails to customer service but no resolution>. I don't like being ignored! finally got my order placed at 1pm PST. Kudos to Jacob for keeping me informed. He is so patient and helpful!

Good customer service.

I was hesitant because the shipping seemed like it was going to be slower than it turned out being. I ended up getting them in a pretty normal 5 days or so. Every vape I got worked, were higher quality and about a third the price anything I could get in a store around here. I had no problem with the age verification. I'm getting my second order tomorrow, I'm a happy customer.

This place is the best! I have only used them when it comes to buying vapes online. I reached out to them because I was getting laid off for a few months and asked for coupons to help me buy a couple vapes to last until my unemployment started and they sent me no coupons but added three vapes into my order. Three free of charge. I am legit still vaping on them. It was amazing and the nicest thing any company has ever done for me. I have never experienced such great service. They had no trouble refunding the money the one time I did receive one that was not working which has only happened 1 time the whole year or so I have been buying a vape a week from them. Sometimes 2 depending on the week. I love these guys they gave me the best service I have probably ever received!
