3.7 stars is fitting. They just lie. They offered same day delivery. So I ordered. Then they claimed what they meant was same day shipping. So I tried to cancel. They claimed they could because it already shipped. A day later I get a notice that it shipped. So they lied. But it didn’t ship. It was just “label created” a day later. Fast forward 3 days it still hadn’t shipped. They assured me it had but the status wasn’t updated. But swore it was 1-5 days and would likely get it the next day. The next day (5 days after ordering) it says it shipped and will be here in 5 days. From the shipping date. Cust Svc gets rude, swearing they didn’t lie, because it was shipped same day, but what they meant was it was put in a box to be shipped same day and actually shipped three days later. But even that wasn’t true as that didn’t happen for 3 days either. It would be nice if they were just honest and say it will take a week or two rather than lying about it. I would have been ok with that. I’m not ok with a company repeatedly lying to me then getting rude and angry at me for being called out on the lies. It’s now been a week, and hopefully I’ll get my order soon.

Vapor Puffs claims to offer "same day delivery in San Antonio." This is a blatant lie. They offer no such service. Now, after many emails and phone calls, to which they have not replied, asking explicitly for the to stop the order and refund the money before the order was shipped, items have been sent. Not even the items I ordered. And they will be delivered next week. They are liars. Vapor Puffs is a scam.

I ordered before in my items came now this is my second order I have not yet received my vapes it been almost two weeks I want order from here again I will find another site with good reviews

If this isn't a scam then I don't know what is. I'm in Florida, ordered my stuff and got an email saying it shipped but did not get a tracking number or any information. The view order page showed absolutely no change whatsoever and days later still nothing. Then I sent emails which I still haven't gotten a response to. After that I got an email saying I got refunded and it might take 10 days to reflect then a day or two later I got an email asking me to give feedback on my order that was delivered. I blame myself for buying stuff from such a shady looking website that doesn't even provide a phone number for customers to call and speak to someone. If you are reading this then trust what I'm saying and save yourself the trouble, find a nice vape store where you can see the product and buy your shit there. I let myself get fooled because the prices were cheap, please learn from my mistake.

Company deceives by offering delivery and listing every city and state. They might deliver in Florida where they are based but not in Colorado as they claim. Prices are very low, still have yet to verify the authenticity. Given the experience thus far, it is doubtful. Merchant marked product as delivered when it was received by the post office. Also, i reached out to them regarding changes to the invoice on my order and have yet to hear back - it’s been 3-4 days. Support your local shops.

I’ve never even heard of them And some how I have 3 charges from them on my card. Clearly it’s a mistake. Yet no one will contact me to let me know that they will cancel these unauthorized transactions. I do not recommend.

I’ve made my first purchase a couple weeks ago. I opened my vape (geekbar) for it not even to turn on ever. Tried charging and air flow is fine just a non working vape. Waste of 27$
