They are attempting to scam. They claim they cannot cancel my order. Be wary.

I never received my products please give me a refund or im calling my credit card fraud department. I'm very upset with company I never had this problem with any other company before but they're out of my flavor. I ordered these on 11/18/25

Three of the four vapes I purchased, would not accept a recharge. They were all EVO DOZO. The fourth an EvoBar, worked fine. I called the number listed as "Contact" on the website - VM was full. It said you can SMS. So I texted this complaint. I never heard back. I don't know if you discounted these units because you knew they were defective or what. What I know for certain, it that it should be easier to contact a retailer who is legitimate. And to expect products to work as they are designed.

Every single char vape does NOT work, and I haven’t even tried the air fuse yet, very dissatisfied spending $88+ on vapes that arrive defective.

Its a scam. Never received the order the usps tracker showes back and forth to the same location always going back to the same usps and goes back again. Its a scam dont buy anything from here.

I ordered a non nicotine vape for 25.00 was sent a vape with nicotine I reached out to the owner he refused to let me return unopened to switch out to the correct one. Unprofessional

Website advertised expedited same day delivery for customers in Knoxville. Had I known it would take 3-5 business days to receive this, I would have walked five minutes down the road. Absolute garbage to reach out to the company line and be ignored when expressing irritation after initially receiving a response. Customer service is clearly a priority for this company. I won’t call out their employee by name but I struggle to understand why you could not just refund me and cancel my order since it hadn’t been shipped. Do better. I requested either a refund or for my vape to be delivered per the website description, which I will post below. “Same-Day Vape Shipping. I work in logistics myself and coordinate freight on a daily basis. If I ignored a client and gave a vague answer like this, I’d be fired. Absolute garbage. Thanks for nothing. I won’t even be in town when you finally deliver it. What a joke.

Why would they off same day delivery & then after I order say 1-5 business days. Worst experience ever.
