Vapor AuthorityReviews of vaporauthority.com

Their shipping is extremely fast and their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend them for any of your vapor needs!

First time ordering from this company. Purchased Smok Baby Mag and 2 bottles of juice. All arrived in good order and even had a handwritten card thanking me for my purchase! Very responsive and quick shipping. I will order from this company again. Thanks Vapor Authority! Nichole (Augusta,GA)

Found everything I needed all in one place. Easy to navigate. Fair prices. Overall great experience. Just keep in mind depending on which state your in (have one ready just in case) you may need to send in a photo of yourself with your I.d. I am in NY and it was needed from me. Still shipped in time and all good. Thanks VA

Everything arrived quickly and works great. Will do business with in the future!

Excellent Customer Service! I placed orders at other websites before I found Vapor Authority in 2017, and I have come back again and again after my first purchase. Friendly service, quick order fulfillment, and great prices. What spurred this review: after placing an order, the next morning i received an email from an actual person letting me know a particular color was out of stock, which was terrific. i responded within an hour, and received an immediate reply that my entire shipment still went out that same day, amazing! Also, last month i was scouring the web for an accessory for a discontinued item, I sent a hail mary inquiry to their customer service email address, knowing that no one had this accessory anywhere. Not only did a real person respond within a few hours, but the team at Vapor Authority tracked down and found it in the building, and offered it to me free of charge. Amazing, thanks VA !!!!

From the ease of ordering at your website through the delivery process, it was seamless and efficient. Thank you for making my first experience with Vapor Authority a reason to return ....

Found this site while looking for something particular that other vape sites didn’t have. Must say, I have used many other vape sites and the quickness of their shipping and friendliness of their customer service will have me coming back. I would have given them a 5 but they don’t carry my liquid.

I been buying from Vapor Authority for over 2 years now. These guys know the meaning of customer service. I could easily buy from local vape shops near me but when it comes to price and selection they are hands down the best. Customer service is awesome if you call or email them their response is quick. There are other online vape companies but if you run into any problems good luck getting it resolved or reaching anyone. Quick response, great price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service what more can you ask for.
