Their extended warranty is a waste of time and money. I filled out a shitload of forms online and am getting loads of SPAM but no replacement product or contact from a person to resolve the issue. I bought a replacement product that failed in 10 days. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have my invoices and these jerks are dead to me. Next time I am in the San Diego area I shall pay a visit to their shop in person, and then head over to the AG's office to file a formal complaint regarding California's legal commercial codes. They do NOT answer emails or the phones, so they can answer to a subpoena instead. California has some of the most extensive commercial codes on the books. Their probate and estate laws are pretty awesome too.

Deceptive shipping practices.... quality of goods tend to lean towards chinese knockoffs. Buyers beware.... I know you cant beat the price... and that's what gets you in the door. Will not shop again.

Vapor Authority I would of gave them a 5 but I was waiting for about a week which is fine but I was getting concerned as to why my package wasn't going anywhere. So I contacted them they email me very quickly was able to determine the problem which was the item was missing I guess when I ordered my product maybe the website wasn't updated because they where out of stock in the color I choose. So they asked me what I wanted to do, New color or refund. I just ended up getting different color not really a big deal. So all in all I had great service through them and shipping wasn't half bad after the issue was fixed. I believe about 4 or 5 days it took. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy vaping product. Now the reason with the the 4 stars is I feel the company should of got a hold of me. Not the other way around.

Superb customer service. I purchased a defective device and was offered a replacement or refund within 24 hours. Their prices are very competitive (shipping a bit high) and they carry a great selection of Vape products to address most everyone's needs. AAAAA+

Everytime I order something from vapor authority they send me a confirmation email and then the next day they send an email that there was something wrong I will never try to buy from them again

I have made a few purchases from Vapor Authority. My experiences so far have been smooth. I will continue to shop and buy here when their price is not too high. I wish they had better selection.

I have ordered from Vapor Authority six times. Orders are always correct. And shipping time is excellent. They also always include a note in a small black envelope. I will continue to use them.
