Ring cam proves no delivery…
I placed an order on December16th and paid $7 for an adult signature required at time of delivery. FOUR DAYS later, i got an email saying it was delivered. However, I did not sign anything AND I HAVE A RING DOORBELL CAMERA THAT SHOWS NO DELIVERY WAS EVER MADE OR ATTEMPTED. ORDER #110-14414 EDIT: I also entered the "tracking number" they claimed was a Fedex tracking number into Fedexs website and NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER EXISTS

Additionally, in the support section, we’ve detailed how you can follow up directly with the carrier for further assistance. Please note that your carrier is GLS, not FedEx, and the tracking number was provided to you in the previous support ticket. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status or to contact GLS directly for further clarification.
