Order ships when you complain then they NEVER respond or follow up if there’s email sent. Getting worse and worse each time

2 stars is ONLY for the cheap product. Every thing else about this company warrants zero stars. I’ve been jumping between Vape Society and two other companies for my juice, depending on who has it cheapest at the moment. I’ve been using VSS for about 10 months now with 4 separate orders. 2 orders were fine, no problems at all, but the last 2 have been just bad. My last order (in July) hadn’t shipped after 10 days and I was getting worried so I emailed them and finally got a response that something from my order wasn’t in stock. Okay...so you guys just weren’t going to tell me? I asked for a refund for the product that wasn’t in stock and THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS EVEN FOR OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS. Fine, whatever. They gave me a discount code to use for my next order. But that experience put me off of them so I promptly forgot about the code and the website until I noticed this week that both my other regular stores were out of stock on the juice I like. So I went to the VSS website and it looked like my juice was in stock so I ordered 2 bottles and a couple of other things. I placed my order on Saturday and they actually did email me this time (Tuesday) that some of my items were out of stock. Great. The email said I needed to email them back within 24 hours and choose if I wanted to replace the out of stock product or get another discount code. I chose another product this time, and emailed them within 15 minutes of their first email. I asked if this other product was in stock and then I didn’t hear anything. The next day (Wednesday) I get an automated email saying my order has been shipped. But the thing about this site is they don’t mark your order appropriately if it’s missing something. So it says my full order is shipped and I was charged for my full order, but they never emailed me back so who knows what’s in this box? I need vape juice soon so do I wait or go buy some from the local shop? I emailed again today but still have yet to hear anything. All in all, completely unprofessional, horribly managed, and they truly do not care about keeping their customers.

Same issue like most people. Ordered June 6th and its now june 13 and no juice no response from company but money has gone through. Update: usps got juice on June 17th should be here june 19th. Update: took 13 days to get my order

I have been ordering from VapeSociety since March and was absolutely astounded at the speed with which I received my merchandise...Now, here we are...I ordered June 5, it is now June 12...I've emailed for a tracking or some kind of reply...NOTHING...At least let someone know what's going on with their monies!

The first 3 times I ordered it was shipped within 3 days, but now this time i placed an order it's been 7 days and still says its processing. Tried emailing them 3 times and still no answer from them. Really like their juice but I can't wait this long to get an order.

Should have checked here before ordering. Ordered a couple bottles from them over a week ago as of today still not shipment notification. I emailed their "customer service" two days ago and have not received any reply. I am now nervous about my CC info because of how untrustworthy they appear to be. At least I only spent about 20 bucks (assuming they havent sold my identity) I am pretty sure I will never recieve my order.

I used to love Vape Society I do love their prices and stuff. But I put orders in at least every 3 weeks. And for the last couple of weeks it's been taking over 5 days to get here. They used to at least get here in 3 to 4 days. And I receive 6 mg of nicotine when I asked always for 3. And I'm not going to bother to try to return it because that's going to cost more money out of my pocket. Also the last two bottles were expired within 4 days. I find this ridiculous. They should not be sending out anything that's going to be expiring in days. What the hell is going on there?
