Shipping takes forever and I am unable to get anyone on the phone or respond to email. Very disappointed for a second time.

Did not provide tracking until 6 days after I ordered. I sent 3 emails: -One on the day I ordered, asking if I could provide my own overnight label so I could get it sooner. -Two days after I ordered, asking if they had any update. -Four days after I ordered, asking if I could get a refund. I had already ordered from 8vape and they shipped it same-day. They did not respond to any of my emails. I called the number provided. They did not answer and did not call back. One the 6th day, they sent tracking. I still want a refund, plan to refuse if USPS ever attempts delivery of this.

Horrible customer service...like really really really really bad... Makes me feel like anyone fresh out of high school can start a vape distribution.

Some of the lowest prices around, but the consistently slow shipping makes it a last resort. The last 2 $150+ orders took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

It took 2 weeks before my juice was shipped. I emailed them twice asking if it had been shipped or if there was a tracking number but they never responded to either email. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

DO NOT BUY. Sent wrong juice then didn't respond to e-mails or make any sort of effort to remedy the situation.

Warning be careful ordering juice at Vape Society. I been ordering from here for the past 6 months at least once or twice a month and this recent order that i just recieved was a big mistake on their side. One of my bottles sealed cap was broken and had no dripping cap on the bottle and it leaked all inside of my package! I called the customer service and told them what happened and they basically said No refunds! Only 10 percent off on your next order. My Worst experience from this site and company. If i were you I'd try ordering from another site that gives refunds or at least sends you a another bottle, that you paid for. The product was damaged before they even sent it out to me. I'll be ordering from somewhere else were they dont steal your money if your product is broken or spilled from the bottle. Wish i could add a picture to show my package with all the Liquid spilled from the bottle.
