Can anyone please post a phone number to call?

I feel everyone on here. I been using VSS for over a year now and the last 6 months have been a nightmare. Sure the prices are great, but when you have to wait 2+ weeks to get your juice, you end up having to go to your local vape shop and spend 3x the amount. I feel there inventory system is garbage and they never have it, but the website will say otherwise. The best luck I've had is to keep calling, and when I mean keep calling, I MEAN KEEP CALLING. Call 25 times minimum and they will normally pick up. Give them your order number and they will get it out that day. I keep going back to them only for the prices. TIP101: If you know you have enough Juice to hold you over for a month, Order a month in advance.

I have recommended vape society supplies to my mom and step dad because I absolutely love their juice, and their bundles, however my step dad just informed me that he placed the order and had not gotten a confirmation or a response from costumer service. He is going to the bank to get all his money back from them ASAP. I am very disappointed and I couldn’t believe it when he told me that. I thought he was mistaken and had him show me, because my boyfriend and I have had no issues at all these last few years, so why is this becoming a pattern with other people as well all of a sudden? At least reply to your costumers by email.

Processing time is a nightmare. You could place an order on a Monday afternoon and have it not even leave their warehouse to get shipped out for another two weeks.. Therefore, getting your package 3 weeks later. & This is only scratching the surface for things that suck about this company

You website is not working during the Thanksgiving holiday. I've been trying to take advantage of the Black Friday sale. There is a problem updating my cart. Website times out. Support has not gotten back to me in 2 days. There is no contact Phone Number only email. There is no Phone Number for ordering. Please reply with solutions or lose my business for good. Thank you for the prompt reply.

They've filled some orders OK, but they're customer service sucks. I have a shipping problem currently and have not received my order in over two weeks and they have been completely unresponsive to my multiple attempts at contact, other than an automated response. Will never order from then again.

I shopped with Vape Society for years. They always shipped relatively quickly at decent prices. The problem is not with that. The problem is with their customer service. I ordered 3 bottles of my favorite juice like I had so many other times, but they shorted me one bottle. I called numerous times and left many voice mails to never get a response. I contacted them through their internet site and always got a form response and was directed to a web link that was inactive. I was responded to once and directed to send pictures of the packing slip and what I received, which I did, but was never replied to about that. I had to contact my credit card company and was refunded by them. I gave Vape Society every chance I could, but their customer service sucked so bad, I found a new company to provide my juice.
