I was supposed to get my product 5 days ago and its still not here and they refuse to give me any sort of refund or compensation Edit I got a partial refund after I sent this review within 30 minutes this Is good customer service, I'm changing my rating from 1-4 stars (I just hope my items come)

Extremely fast shipping. Delivered in 5 days from order. Sorry to say, one of the items looked like someone stepped on it.

I ordered total 6 times in 2 month. My last order took over 10 days to arrive. I emailed, and did not get a response until order was already received. Products are good, but you all need to ship faster.

Love vape mark down but have had a few products not work. Very good with packing and shipping dates. I have complained about a few not working and they gave me my money back. But once I have tried to contact them again they didn’t answer. But that could be not their fault.
