I bought DeWalt 60V. Battery quality is awful and customer support is the same. I'm buying DeWalt OEM from now on. I should have looked at the reviews before buying.

Ordered 2 6 Ah batteries for Makita tools. They gives twice less run time than original ones. 6 Ah batteries even weigh the same as the original 3 Ah batteries. After several cycles of work one of them failed. Total garbage. Do not buy anything from this company.

I bought one battery, it worked great. I bought again and worked fine. things seemed more cheaply built than the name brands but for the price I thought who cares? with a decent experience on the first 2 buys I bought a bunch of batteries and this is when the wheels fell off. The big order, they don't charge or run anything and they have no weight. I don't think there are batteries in the cases. Again no problem for the price I'll contact them and return them and get ones that work like I had before. They needed a video to see what was wrong. no problem I made them a video and sent them a link. never heard from them again its been a month since then. I guess you get what you pay for. I did try to get into this slowly and several batteries worked, its a shame the large order was the one that flopped.

I purchased 2 batteries from Vanon. They sent me the wrong batteries. I had to pay to return them even though it was their fault. Now they refuse to refund my money which I paid via PayPal. BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY SCAMMED ME DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID I will update this post if I ever get my refund.

I bought 2battery 18V 6.0AH 108Wh Model:P108 Li-Ion This battery have 5 Years warranty on it,but after 16 month it showing a faulty I Purchase it from E-bay No one want to take responsibility E-bay or the supplier

This company offers a warranty however, when a product fails the company does not respond or acknowledge your requests. Avoid at all costs!!

I purchased 2 of their 18V 6.0Ah Lithium-Ion batteries and both failed to recharge after a few charges! I proved the charger works fine charging a Milwaukee battery. Ron

Junk, Don't waste your time or money 2 batteries exactly the same, don't hold a charge and perform less than expired OEM batteries What a joke... rip off
