I purchased my original Milwaukee charger and two batteries on July 27, 2017. So my charger, model 48-59-1812 M12 M18, is pretty old. In some way, it isn't compatible with Vanon batteries. I began to suspect this and ordered a new charger from Vanon. The new charger works for both the Vanon and my original Milwaukee batteries. The Vanon batteries work great in all of the six of my Milwaukee tools. So the Vanon batteries will probably work fine as long as they don't need to be charged with an old Milwaukee charger.

Bought a 4AH Vanon battery as spare for my Bosch hammer drill kit over 4 years ago. It has, so far, been reliable and lasts as long as expected between charges - in fact I don't recall it ever going flat in typical 'handyman' use. A few weeks ago one of my sons borrowed the drill + battery to replace over 1000 (1200?) roofing screws in his house. He did not take the OEM Bosch 8Ah battery (it would have required special permission to transport by air) so the Vanon was the only battery he had. He used it for about 12 hours over two days, and was highly impressed. I assume he charged it whenever he had a break, but, as far as I am aware, it never let him down - and he is young, strong, fit and didn't let up - gave it as good a work-out as anyone might. And this was a 4 year old battery. Stark contrast to most of the other reviews! The 'date of experience' below is misleading: May 2019 to today, and my son used it a few weeks ago.

very good battery nothing wrong with them i use them in my makita radio and hoover it must be thepeople do not know how to use them leave them in damp places and turn around and say day are no good

Personally I think their batteries are not the worst, I do understand there are many bad replacement batteries out there, but their batteries work well on my Milwaukke M18 drill so far, the reason why I'm writing this review is due to the fact that they replacement a older purchase for me, and asked me if I can leave a review here, their customer service is pretty ok, so I wrote this one.

I’ve purchased several batteries so far they seem to be great

I use these batteries for my M18 drill and impact and leaf blower. The quality is excellent. They weigh about the same and charge at about the same rate. I have as many of these as I do Milwaukee batteries, 5.0 and 6.0, and I swap between them all without noticing a difference in power or charge strength. These batteries are extremely good for the price compared to what name brand M18 batteries go for. I will be buying more!
