Ordered the Vanon 12-20V DEC802 with 2 6.0Ah 20V batteries the charger wouldn't charger either battery. I ordered a different charger from another company. One of the batteries charged on this charger. One of the major problem is as usual the equipment is made in China. I will not order any thing else with the Vanon name on it.

The 18 V Makita compatible 2 Ah batteries I received don't charge well. One never charged. For a warranty claim I was asked to send a video of the battery not charging. That's ridiculous. I'm done with Vanon.

Purchased a new 5ah Vanon 18v Battery for my dewalt Circular saw at the same time as buying a genuine 4.0ah Dewalt Battery There is no comparison .. The dewalt 4.0 Battery lasts about twice as long as the Vanon 5.0 I also own a couple of Genuine Dewalt 2.0Ah batteries , they last about the same time as the 5.0 Vanon Conclusion .. IMO Vanon are poor value for money
