Convenient platform but the new AI reading option needs to have speed controls. The AI reader reads much too slowly.

We appreciate your feedback. We're happy you find our platform convenient. We will explore adding speed controls to the AI reader to improve the experience.

I'm not a big fan of the updated format. It is not as user friendly as the previous version. Getting back to where you were in a course when leaving to review a link is cumbersom and requires too many steps.

We appreciate your feedback and time. We're sorry the updated format isn't as user-friendly as the previous version. We'll review the course navigation and reduce the steps to improve your experience.

This course was extremely efficient and I liked thT I was able to navigate it at my own pace. There were a few operating errors that led to me having to retake a couple of sections. Overall though it was a good experience.
