The 4 hour ce mandatory took up to 8.5 hours to complete. I was forced to subscribe to Dora's emails or I could not continue with the class. The diploma was difficult to find on the website. I hope to be able to talk to someone about the recommended courses for 3 year license.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolDec 8, 2025
We appreciate your feedback and apologize that the course took longer than expected. We're sorry for the email subscription issue and difficulty locating your diploma. We'll review your comments and someone will contact you about the recommended courses.

The content of the course was fine
The content of the course was fine. It was ridiculous how many times I had to “verify” my identity. Also, the course timed out in the middle of taking a quiz and I had to restart. I had been working on the course for not that long so not sure why it timed out.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolDec 8, 2025
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry the identity verification process was frustrating and that you encountered a quiz issue. We will investigate the timeout problem to improve our course experience.

The course content was too repetitive
The course content was too repetitive. WAY too may slides....600+. This takes longer than 4 hours to complete.

The Save feature didn’t allow re-start to the saved place. I had to restart at the beginning of the lesson. Very frustrating

New format is disappointing
I have taken your courses online for the past 20+ years. I have always found them to be really great in the past. This new format of having AI read to me was very disappointing. It made the course last longer than it needed to be, there was tremendous redundancy, and I think you need to reevaluate this delivery method.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolNov 10, 2025
We appreciate your long-term patronage and feedback. We're sorry the AI reading experience was not satisfactory. We'll review this delivery method, focusing on redundancy and course length, to improve our courses. Thanks for your time.

Ok Learning, Surprised at Some Assessment Quesetions
It was overall an ok course to build understanding. However the material had some odd questions in a few of lesson assessments, and heavy repetition of questions asking the same thing in the final assessment. Don't plan to sit down in one go to do this. I broke it up over a few weeks. I was surprised at 118 questions for final assessment with about 20% of those questions repeating.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolNov 3, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are sorry to hear about the issues with the assessments' repetition and odd questions. We will review the material to improve the course.

Content is good
Content is good, but it seemed repetitive. I absolutely did not like having to verify my identity not only at every login because you are already putting in a login ID and password, but having to do it at random times during the training is unnecessary. Who would be accessing my account to take continuing education? Maybe it's to make sure we are paying attention, but that is what the test is for.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolNov 3, 2025
We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry the content felt repetitive and that the identity verification process was disruptive. We will review your comments about the frequency of identity checks during training and consider ways to improve the experience. Thanks for your time.
