The material was not entirely accurate for Oklahoma contracts, which made it hard to correctly answer questions on the test. Found it hard to take the test. I inadvertently navigated away from the test screen and got kicked out. I was then locked out. I was ok needing to start again, but was annoyed that it counted as an attempt and it made me wait to try again. I should be able to log back in and start again. I won't use VanEd again.

Outdated material

Info very repetitive and included fair housing class in it as well

the ethics class was totally outdated. It continue to mention making sure to cooperate and list the commission in the MLS. THAT IS NO LONGER ALLOWED. Need to update this class!!!

taking a finance class that is absolutely insane. been in the business 27 years...instructor in real estate and got a 56% on my first go around. Absolutely crazy and irrelevant.

This is my 3rd online RE school. I took CE courses w VanEd and I didnt like the amount of time to review subjects in excess of 10-17hrs before you get an assessment. Then the assessment is a total of 3 questions; if you happen to miss 1 and you hv 3 tries w different questions and miss 1 out of 3; you hv to go bk and repeat those 10-17hrs. I took other online RE school trainings and after 2-4 hrs they gv you an assessment which contains more questions. I hv nvr had to repeat courses so many times as I hv w VanEd. I will never tk CE or any online courses here again. Unfortunately once courses are paid; its non refundable.
