Covered the material well
Covered the material well. Having each page read to you takes a lot longer than a four hour class. Little wearing.

The material was informative
The material was informative, verbal commentary helpful, and overall content substantive. There seemed to be redundancy at times that was unnecessary. Will look forward to 2026 courses for sure. Dennia

Interesting subject for Coloradans
Great course, interesting subject, tests got a little bit picky for a realtor vs a law student. Seems like realtors should be understanding concepts as opposed to multiple choice questions with the exact date and year a rule was put into effect. This is something that you will never remember afterwards as opposed to what the rules relate to in practice.
