Make a 4 hour class actually take 4 hours to take.

Since incorporating with 360 training experience (20 years on my behalf) has been really bad. The 24-48 hour response time doesn’t exist. Agree with others saying it takes forever to get certificate’s. Communicating with customer service is almost incoherent. What was once reliable , efficient and easy is now the opposite. Marketing seems ok as I get lots of email to purchase courses. Log in takes several attempts.

Check my last comments. That should tell you everything. Went through 6 agents with not resolving the issue. Unable to print my certificate on staging a home. Passed, certificate came up. Wouldn’t print. I give up! Nobody has a clue at your end as to how to resolve this simple problem. I’m so sick and tired of dealing with stupid agernts.

The content was completely out of date and geared towards a 12 year old. There were numerous typos and mistakes and the 30 question test and several questions that were asked twice. Bad grammar, misspellings. It was truly horrible.

The course is hard to navigate as it doesn't show progress. I can't seem to obtain my certificate. I have emailed Vaned, but have not received a response.
