Some content needs to be updated. A fair amount of repetition. As with much of the online CE content, a big chunk is just filler. Test questions have the annoying habit of being written as a negative option.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that some content needs updating and contains repetition. We will review the material and test questions to improve the experience.

The class information was somewhat repetitive but covered the information necessary. The Credit class was a lesson in White Supremacy., even having a hand palm out signifying "STOP" that read "Whites Only" I am highly offended by that and so wish they would stick to pertinent material. This was so 1965. Not sure why its around any more.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize that the class content and presentation caused offense. We'll review the material to ensure it's relevant, respectful, and inclusive. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I took the update class and though it is a 4 hour class it took 6 hours. Constant repetition of information. It was unbearably long! I really don’t want the talking with the class.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolJan 7, 2026
We appreciate your feedback and time. We're sorry the update class was longer than expected with repetitive information and class discussions. We'll review this to improve the course's efficiency.

It was not clear that this training would be all reading slides. There was no teaching or talking… just reading.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolJan 7, 2026
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the training wasn't what you expected. We'll review the course description to ensure clarity about the format.

I did not like the voice reading each page. When I mute it, it brings a block up on the bottom of the screen that blocks the content so I can't read everything. And, it seemed like 2025 CREC was super long.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolJan 7, 2026
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry the voice reading feature and content blocking affected your reading. We'll review the CREC length.

the course was good, but a number of technical difficulties around sound and when I saved and exited, then came back, I was returned to a previous section of the course.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolJan 7, 2026
We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry you had technical difficulties with the sound and course progress. We will investigate these issues to improve our course.

Everything was good and I understood everything just fine and passed the test without issue! But, why didn't it take 8 hrs to finish? I thought it was only 4 hrs! So I wasn't really happy about that part.
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolJan 7, 2026
We appreciate your feedback and are glad the material was helpful. We're sorry the course length differed from your expectation. We'll review the course details to ensure accurate timing is provided.
